A New Chapter

Today I closed one chapter in my life and opened the next.

Relief, excitement, anticipation, and thankful are just a few words to describe my current emotions. I was a nervous wreck before I gave my boss two weeks notice today. My hands were clammy, my face lost all it's colour for a few hours and my heart was ready to beat right out of my body.

Once I was done, I had to hold in my massive sigh.

The result: I get to join my husband while he finishes his education.

This step means a lot for me. First and foremost, it means we will be together. That alone is worth it. But it also means I can put more into my passion: photography. I already have a list of 33 items to work on while in Florida and they will be no small feat. First thing: a website. I look forward to serving my clients better and seeing my dream come true.

In May, Justin and I will be settling down as a couple in Chatham. I am super duper excited, but I've learned in the past year not to wish away today in looking forward to tomorrow. May will come when it's supposed to...in May.

So there's an update on what's to come for me :)
Thanks for the prayers and encouragement through the last chapter. I've got a post coming soon to share with you the support I received during that season of my life. God is good and I am blessed.
